Amanda Farr, with over a decade of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist, Amanda has supported children and families through meaningful and often challenging moments—work that continues to shape her approach as Director of Children Services.
Her hands-on background gives her a deep understanding of what children need to thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Amanda is passionate about creating environments where kids feel safe and seen, and where professionals feel supported and empowered.
In this leadership role, she brings a thoughtful, inclusive vision to building programs that are not only supportive and developmentally rich, but also full of joy, creativity, and meaningful fun for children. She leads with heart and is proud to be part of a team that believes deeply in the potential of every child.
Outside of work, Amanda finds joy in nature, music, and spending time in spaces that nurture creativity, connection, and calm.
Our vision is for anyone who comes to the Center to feel they belong – whether they were born Jewish, chose Judaism, or neither. Your support keeps us going. We hope you’ll join us in nurturing a community where all of us can thrive.
